1. Data Retention & Legal Compliance: While we prioritize your privacy and ensure your communications are highly secure, we are not a "zero-trace" platform. For safety, moderation, and legal compliance, we securely retain user data—including chat history, voice notes, shared media, and IP logs—for a strictly limited period of 180 days.This data is stored in a highly encrypted environment and is completely inaccessible to the public or unauthorized third parties. However, AiDigiLabs maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy against illegal activities. In the event of a reported crime, cyber violation, harassment, or a formal legal mandate from law enforcement agencies, we will fully cooperate and provide the necessary data to the authorities for investigation purposes. After the 180-day retention period, the data is permanently deleted from our servers.
2. Information We Collect:Anonymous Authentication Data: We use Firebase Anonymous Authentication to generate a random temporary User ID (UID) to give you room access.
3. Payment Information: When you upgrade to Premium (₹299 for 30 days), payments are securely processed by our payment partner, Razorpay. We do not collect or store your credit card, debit card, or bank account details. Razorpay may collect your phone number and email for receipt purposes as per their privacy policy.
4. Data Sharing: AiDigiLabs does not sell, rent, or trade any user data to third parties.
