1. Free Trial: We offer a full 2-day free trial so users can experience the platform before paying. We highly recommend utilizing this trial to ensure the service meets your expectations.
2. Cancellation: As this is a pay-per-use service (₹299 for 30 days of access), there are no auto-renewing subscriptions to cancel. Your premium access will simply expire after 30 days if you choose not to renew.
3. Refund Policy: Due to the digital and instant nature of our software, all sales are final and non-refundable once the premium room is activated.Exceptions for Refund: Refunds will ONLY be processed in the following scenario:If your payment was successful and deducted from your bank, but your Premium Room was not unlocked due to a technical error on our end, and our support team cannot resolve the issuewithin 24 hours.In such valid cases, please contact us within 3 days of the transaction. Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method via Razorpay within 5-7 business days.
